Cats can easily get stressed and in our opinion, do remember different experiences so it is imperative that a happy balance is reached between both the cat and ourselves. We also feel quite passionate about not grooming out matted fur just for appearances. Our four legged friends come first and to pull out the coat from the roots can cause a memorable dislike of grooming. As the cat has to be groomed repeatedly throughout its life, this procedure we feel is not kind and after all the coat will grow again without the pain!
